Anthony Constantinou’s Use Of Artificial Intelligence In Medicine

Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is something that has been in the news and on people’s lips for a while now. One person that has been working on AI is Anthony Constantinou .

As Head of Bayesian Artificial Intelligence at Queen Mary University, Anthony Constantinou is also a lecturer and Assistant Professor.

He obtained his Masters of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Hertfordshire, England.

Whereas many of us tend to think of AI as a robot taking over the world, and wreaking havoc on society, the use of AI comes in many and different forms.

Anthony Constantinou used Bayesian probability models to predict the outcomes of Association Football matches in England. His model was on a par with all bookmakers’ performances. This was just one small point in which artificial intelligence was used for experimental purposes.

There are many other applications for Anthony Constantinou’s use of Bayesian Artificial Intelligence and his computer models. It is not just for predicting the outcomes of a series of games. See This Page for related information.

Anthony Constantinou believes that Bayesian models of probability, when properly used by a computer, can more readily and correctly diagnose the outcome of a hospital patient’s needs and prognosis. Further, he believes that by using his model, doctors will be able to predict, with proper input, a patient’s likelihood of acquiring a given disease from the use of genetic data.

He has been published in the Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine.

There are many other possible uses for this branch of AI studied by Anthony Constantinou. We will doubtlessly be hearing much more from him in the near future.

Roseann Bennett: Co-founder Of The Center Of Treatment And Assessment

Roseann Bennett is a New Jersey-based family and marriage therapist. Bennett’s experience is in crisis management, case management, treatment planning, family and marital therapy among others. For the past one decade, Bennett has been working with adolescents and their families. With the assistance of his husband, she co-founded Center for Assessment and Treatment. This agency is a non-profit making organization. She is a supervisor approved by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She is also the president of the Northern Chapter of the New Jersey Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Roseann Bennett started this organization because she wanted to make a positive change in the lives of the people. She holds a Masters degree in Psychological Studies from Seton Hall University. She then pursued Education degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the same university. Today, she is an approved marriage and family therapist. She has special attention to adolescents and their families in NJ. Her activities are in counties of Warren, Hunterdon, and Somerset.

Center for Assessment is a non-profit facility which is focused on healing the people. Those who would like to acquire the right medication should consider visiting this facility. They do not offer medication to the patient, but they help patients to heal themselves. The period for treatment varies significantly. Some patients will take a short time to heal while others will take years. Roseann Bennett was doing in-home therapy before transitioning to outpatient therapy. See This Article to learn more.

After the transition, she realized that there was a shortage of facilities to handle mental health issues. There were long waits, sometimes going for nine months before any assistance could be offered. The situation was worse for those who came from low-income families; they would be forced to wait for a long time. Roseann Bennett and her husband created Center for Assessment and Treatment to address the shortage. Recently the center incorporated Canine-Assisted Therapy in their plethora of innovative methods to address mental health issues.
