Celebrities who've been caught cheating
Fidelity is the quality of faithfulness or loyalty, and it's disturbingly rare. That goes for the world of celebrities too, the only difference being that, because they're public figures, any cases of cheating will quickly be known to the public. Popular comedy group The Try Guys, YouTubers famous for being willing to try anything, have cut ties with Ned Fulmer, one of the four founding members, who admitted that he had a “consensual” workplace affair. “Ned Fulmer is no longer working with The Try Guys,” the group said in a tweet September 27. “As a result of a thorough internal review, we do not see a path forward together. We thank you for your support as we navigate this change.” Many Twitter users found the situation extra scandalous because Fulmer had created part of his internet personality and fame around his wife, Ariel, who appears in many of their videos. Fulmer tweeted his own confirmation of the rumors of his extramarital affair, writing, "Family should have always been my priority, but I lost focus and had a consensual workplace relationship. I’m sorry for any pain that my actions may have caused to the guys and the fans but most of all to Ariel." He added, “The only thing that matters right now is my marriage and my children, and that’s where I’m going to focus my attention.” We've compiled a list of celebrities who have already been caught cheating or whose 'adventures' have been speculated by the media. The biggest regrets of your favorite celebrities
It is often said that what you regret most at the end of your life are the things you didn't do. However, the celebrities in this gallery may disagree. Despite the fact that they seem to have reached their goals and made all the right choices, even they struggle with regrets. Actress-turned-director Elizabeth Banks has some regrets about 2019's reboot of 'Charlie's Angels,' which flopped at the box office. “I wish that the movie had not been presented as just for girls, because I didn’t make it just for girls,” Banks told The New York Times. “There was a disconnect on the marketing side of it for me.” Banks criticized the way her film was given meaning she'd never intended, and all because she's a woman. “When women do things in Hollywood it becomes this story," she said. "There was a story around ‘Charlie’s Angels’ that I was creating some feminist manifesto. I was just making an action movie.” She added that though she'd love to direct 'Mission Impossible,' the only reason she was able to direct an action movie was "because it starred women and I’m a female director, and that is the confine right now in Hollywood.” These regrets range from the unfortunate, to the ridiculous, to the truly heartbreaking. All the famous women Brad Pitt has romanced
According to the rumor mill, the last few years have been busy for Brad Pitt in the romance department, though he's denied rumors of dating the likes of jewelry designer Sat Hari Khalsa, 'Arrested Development' star Alia Shawkat, and Swedish singer Lykke Li. Still, the buzz persists, and ever louder now as reports say Pitt has been hanging out with model Emily Ratajkowski. "Brad and Emily have spent time together, but it's very casual. They're friends," a source told ET. "Emily recently filed for divorce and Brad is still going through his situation with Angelina [Jolie] so neither are looking for anything serious right now." Ratajkowski reportedly filed for divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard earlier in September, meanwhile Pitt is still wrapped up in legal battles with Jolie. While everyone awaits a budding romance, now's the perfect time for a walk down memory lane. Click on for the many ladies of this heartthrob's life.
The most high-profile celebrity lawsuits of all time
Once you hit a certain level of fame or a certain bank account balance, lawsuits become inevitable. Realistically, we'd probably all get sued for libel if all of our social media posts and conversations were analyzed with a fine-tooth comb! It's no wonder then that celebrities are constantly besieged with legal problems. Some are so low-level that they don't even make it into the tabloids, while others dominate the headlines from start to finish. Shakira's tax fraud debacle has recently made concerning strides, as the Colombian singer was ordered by a judge on September 28 to stand trial in Spain for allegedly failing to pay 14.5 million euros (US$13.9 million) in taxes on income that she earned between 2012 and 2014. Prosecutors will seek an eight-year prison sentence and a hefty fine if she;s found guilty, but the 'Hips Don't Lie' singer has been unwavering in her denial of any wrongdoing, even rejecting a plea agreement that would have spared her a trial. Her public relations firm has said that not only did she live less than half of the time in Spain during that two-year period, during which her official residence was the Bahamas, but that she also already paid all that she owed and an additional 3 million euros (US$2.8 million) in interest, the NY Post reports. No date has been set for the trial, but Shakira will be facing six counts of tax fraud. Click through this gallery to look back at some of the other most high-profile celebrity lawsuits of all time.
